Specify container door orientation (facing in or out) before dispatch.
Confirm the ground is level and stable for placement.
If delivery fails due to inaccurate details or an unprepared site, additional redelivery fees may apply.
Weather and Unexpected Delays
Severe weather, road restrictions, or other unforeseen events can impact delivery times.
We will notify you promptly and reschedule as needed.
Shipping Costs
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of $400 per container within the delivery regions.
This cost is itemized on your quote or invoice before payment, with no hidden charges.
For deliveries outside these regions or requiring special handling, please contact us for a custom quote.
International Shipping Container
If you’re intending to ship your container via cargo ship to any destination outside of Australia, you will need to purchase a NEW (One Trip) -or- a Cargo Worthy grade container.
Additionally, shipping lines require that all containers are inspected and certified by a qualified surveyor prior to being loaded for export. Conex Depot can arrange an inspection for you. We guarantee that if you buy a cargo worthy grade (or new one trip) container from us, it will pass the surveyor’s inspection.
